Currently, looking for a Business Development Assistant to own the challenge of creating and managing business opportunities from start to end. Innovating, improving and strengthening the business development department.

Competencies  

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, in Lithuanian and English.

  • Confident in meeting and networking with clients/intermediaries

  • Ability to form and maintain highly effective working relationships 

  • Excellent people management

  • Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Build your network in line with business development plans and goals 

  • Actively identify and build relationships with key industry associations, memberships and networks to enhance the profile

  • Develop effective targeting strategies

  • Champion the best use of our CRM system

  • Be the point of contact to provide efficient support to the clients and follow-ups

Desired

  • Understanding of IT Business Systems. Ideally, practice with ERP or CRM.

  • Previous Sales experience
